Pioneer Creek Trail
City: CampbellvilleLength: 6.5 kmRegion: Hamilton, Halton and Brant
This natural trail winds through rocky woodlands and along the brow of the Niagara Escarpment. A highlight is the lookout where interpretive cairns and resting benches are located. Crawford Lake Conservation Area is a great place to bring kids as there always seems to be one program or another for them! The area is open all year round and you can rent snowshoes in the winter. You can also hop on the cross-country ski trails in the snowier months. In the summer, it’s a beautiful place to grab a picnic lunch, take a walk through the Iroquois gardens...
