Overview

The Clifftop Trail starts at the base of Bon Echo Rock on the access dock served by the Mugwump Ferry.

This trail involves steep climbs, and although short, may not be suitable for everyone. The reward is the view from the crest of Bon Echo Rock. Lake Mazinaw extends north and south for a considerable distance, and is dotted with canoes and other boaters.

Directly in front are views of the forests of Bon Echo Provincial Park, the largest in Eastern Ontario, excepting Algonquin.
