The Walter Bean Trail runs close to the Grand River through the cities of Waterloo, Cambridge, Kitchener and the Township of Woolwich.
It has a number of access points in Waterloo, including one at RIM Park, our premier recreation and park facility. Spend a day enjoying the scenery along the Grand River and all this facility has to offer.
The Walter Bean Trail is popular for walking, cycling, rollerblading and cross-country skiing.
